Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Comestic Cleaning Limited (company number 15534325, registered office: Turnpike House, 1208/1210 London Road, Leigh-On-Sea, Essex, England, SS9 2UA). By booking a service with us, you agree to the following.
1. Personal belongings
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle, including the boot, glove box and door pockets, before your service. We are not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any items left in the vehicle.
2. Vehicle condition
Vehicles must be in a condition that lets our team safely and reasonably carry out the work. If a vehicle is excessively soiled (for example heavy pet hair, mould or waste), we reserve the right to either apply a surcharge to cover the additional labour, or decline the service where it poses a health or safety risk.
3. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits start from £25, depending on the service booked, and are deducted from the total cost of your service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, your deposit will be retained.
4. Additional charges
- Pet hair or excessive soiling incurs a minimum charge of £20.
- If a booking runs beyond its allocated time, a fee of £30 per hour applies to cover the additional labour.
5. Access & parking
You must ensure there is safe, legal access to the vehicle and suitable parking available for the full duration of the service. If access or parking is not possible on arrival, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a call-out or waiting fee may apply.
6. Cancellations & rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may result in loss of your deposit and refusal of future bookings.
7. Weather conditions
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule bookings in the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather (for example heavy rain, snow or high winds) that may affect service quality or safety.
8. Liability
While we take every care to protect your vehicle and its contents, we are not liable for:
- pre-existing damage or defects (for example paint chips, loose trim, faded plastics);
- mechanical or electrical issues not caused by our work;
- damage caused by poor prior repairs or modifications.
9. Payments
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card or bank transfer. Where an invoice is issued, payment is due by the stated due date; late payments incur a £10 fee after 7 days, plus £5 per week until paid in full.
10. Working hours
Our operating hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm, with the last appointment of the day scheduled at 3:00pm. We are unable to accommodate appointments outside these hours.
